What: A dark single origin chocolate from Peru with salty accents courtesy of Fleur de Sel, using organic cocoa with a 72% cocoa content by the young "Cacao de Aroma" cooperative in Tocache. They are an extremely dedicated community - growing organic cocoa is their chance to break out of the illegal coca trade cycle.
